Drowning in oil

Kind of surprised oil is not priced currently as $10 per barrel. At the first of August it was priced at $40 per barrel and with all the excessive production by OPEC, the price per barrel was dropping rapidly, as in nearly daily. Guess they need to not draw attention to lower oil costs vis a vis feel good white propaganda.
